We’re looking for a digital communicator, who will develop, implement and analyze our online communication activities to grow the business.

About the job

You will work in close cooperation with our Nordic Communication project managers and develop our online presence, lead generation and marketing automation. Furthermore, you will assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, meaning you will work in both localizations, set up and performance optimization. The role is both hands-on and strategic.

Role description

Develop and maintain our four Nordic web sites including content review and editing
Develop call to action and lead generation through online activities
Develop and optimize marketing automation and lead generation processes
Develop our lead scoring and engagement, assess our Marketing qualified leads and in close cooperation with sales move them forward in the buying process
Assist in executing digital campaigns including follow up and analytics

Who you are

You must be an excellent communicator and strong in building and maintaining networks. You are self-driven, outgoing and a team player, and you are comfortable in agile working methods, testing & trials.

What you know

We expect you to be experienced in web editing (knowledge of EPiServer is a plus) and driving professional social media activities. You also have experience in online marketing, lead generation and marketing automation and a proven record in launching successful digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, online advertising, SoMe, e-mails).

Also, you possess extensive understanding of how to apply data and analytics to improve lead nurturing and digital advertising.

You are fluent in English and one of the Scandinavia languages (Norwegian is a plus) and you have a bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years’ experience working with online communications.
